Lullaby Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Superposition LLC ("Superposition," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Lullaby mobile application (the "App").
1) Key Point Up Front
We do not receive or store baby or caregiver content on our servers.
Baby and caregiver content you create in the App stays on your device (and any device backups or syncing you enable are handled by your device and Apple, not by Superposition).

3) Information We Collect
A) Information you provide to us
Email address
- We receive your email address when you use the App.
- If you use Apple features such as "Hide My Email," we may receive an Apple-provided relay address instead of your personal email address.
B) Information collected automatically (telemetry and crash data)
We collect basic telemetry to improve the App and fix crashes. This may include:
- App events such as feature usage and performance signals
- Crash logs and diagnostic information
- Device and software information (device model, operating system version, app version, language)
- Approximate network-related data typically present in server logs (such as IP address and timestamps)
C) What we do NOT collect, receive, or store on our servers
We do not collect, receive, or store any baby or caregiver content on our servers, including:
- Baby profiles and baby-identifying information entered in the App
- Feeding, diaper, sleep, growth, medication, or other baby tracking logs
- Notes, milestones, memories, journal entries, or "baby memories"
- Photos or any other media you attach or store in the App
- Caretaker names, caregiver profiles, or caregiver notes
We also do not receive or store sensitive health-related information on our servers, including:
- Health insurance information (including insurance cards, member IDs, or policy details)
- Medical information (including diagnoses, conditions, clinical notes, doctor's notes, lab results, immunization records, or prescriptions)
- Allergies, sensitivities, or similar health-related attributes
4) How We Use Information
We may use your email address for:
- App-related communications (such as important notices about changes to the App or policies)
- Marketing communications (such as product updates, tips, and promotions)
Opt-out: You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the message or by contacting us at support@lullaby.mom. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service messages.
Telemetry and crash data
We use telemetry to:
- Diagnose crashes and performance issues
- Improve reliability and user experience
- Understand how the App is used at a high level (without collecting baby or caregiver content)
5) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information only in these cases:
- Service providers: We may use third-party vendors to help process telemetry and crash reports. They are permitted to use the data only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security (for example, to investigate abuse or fraud).
- Business changes: If Superposition is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
6) Data Retention
- Email: We retain your email for as long as you maintain an account or relationship with the App, and as needed for legitimate business purposes (for example, support, compliance, or security).
- Telemetry: We retain telemetry and crash data for as long as reasonably necessary to analyze trends, fix issues, and improve the App. Data may be aggregated or de-identified over time.
7) Your Choices and Controls
- Marketing opt-out: Unsubscribe or contact us at support@lullaby.mom
- Access, correction, deletion: You can request access to or deletion of the email address associated with your use of the App by contacting support@lullaby.mom
- Device permissions: If the App uses device permissions, you can control them through your device settings (availability depends on iOS settings and App features).
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the limited information we process (email and telemetry). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adults (parents, guardians, and caregivers). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@lullaby.mom
10) International Use
Superposition is based in the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., information we process (email and telemetry) may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.
11) Apple App Store and Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Apple. Superposition does not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's policies and terms.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App or by other reasonable means.
